Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with demonstrated experience in B2B sales within the pharmaceutical and chemical sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), chemical raw materials, and formulation products directly to pharmaceutical manufacturers, contract development and manufacturing organisations (CDMOs), and related industrial buyers. This is a specialist sales role requiring deep familiarity with the pharmaceutical supply chain, specifically the upstream segment, where raw materials and intermediates are sourced to produce finished drug products.

Job Details

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new B2B accounts within the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector, targeting procurement and technical decision-makers.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4–6 years of proven B2B sales experience in the pharmaceutical raw materials, API, or specialty chemicals industry.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical production process, including how APIs, excipients, and chemical inputs are used in drug formulation.
  • Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), regulatory requirements, and quality standards relevant to pharmaceutical raw material sourcing.
  • Experience in HORECA and confectionery sales will be an added advantage.
