1. Job Title: Product Control Officer
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily review and reconciliation of Account Balances in Treasury Application, i.e., Calypso to Core Banking Application Balances.
- Daily review and reconciliation of Treasury suspense Account.
- Daily validation of the previous day’s closing positions of Treasury Products (Fixed Income Securities, Placements & Takings, Fx and Derivatives).
- Daily review & validation of Receivables, Payables and Contingent Accounts of Treasury Products.
- Daily root-cause analysis of variances, raise exceptions against originating users/departments and/or obtain approvals for corrections (where applicable).
- Daily GL-Blotter Reconciliation to ensure all deals consummated by Treasury dealers are documented in the blotter and posted into the Ledger, with prompt escalation of all outstanding.
- Timely preparation and delivery of Daily Profit or loss Report for Treasury Products for Trading Desks & other Units.
- Monthly validation of the completeness of Fixed Income Securities & Pledges held by the bank in S4, CSCS & FMDQ and other depositories.
- Monitor the compliance of Treasury units with the Product Control Framework and other regulatory guidelines on Treasury Products.
- Monitor the Suspense Accounts for Treasury Products to ensure that only verifiable unsettled trades are held in such accounts (where applicable).
- Handle the creation/modification of Accounting Rules, Account Mapping, Static Filters and other requirements for new/existing Treasury Products.
- Support the Financial/Management Reporting Team by providing analytical insight into the performance/positions of Treasury Products.
- Support process improvements around the Treasury Business Value chain (Trading Desks, Risk Management, Settlement Operations, Internal Control).
- Support the management of audits relating to the Treasury Business & Products (Internal, External & Regulatory Audits).

- Portfolio Growth & Product Performance Management
- Own and manage the payday lending portfolio for salary customers, driving growth, profitability, customer adoption, utilization, and revenue. Develop and execute business plans, monitor portfolio performance, evaluate trends, and implement initiatives that improve product penetration and business outcomes.
- Digital Lending Product & Customer Journey Ownership
- Oversee the end-to-end digital payday loan proposition, ensuring seamless customer access, efficient loan processing, and an excellent customer experience. Lead product lifecycle management, enhancements, channel optimization, system improvements, and customer adoption initiatives to maintain a competitive and customer-centric offering.
- Risk, Governance & Compliance Oversight
- Ensure portfolio quality and responsible lending through effective credit controls, risk management, regulatory compliance, operational governance, and adherence to internal policies. Manage audit observations, control issues, exceptions, and remediation activities while maintaining strong governance documentation.
- Stakeholder, Operations & Technology Management
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across Digital Banking, IT, Operations, Risk, Credit, Compliance, Legal, Audit, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to deliver business objectives. Oversee technology performance, operational processes, issue resolution, automation initiatives, and system enhancements that support efficiency and scalability.
- Business Intelligence, Reporting & Team Leadership
- Drive data-led decision-making through analytics, portfolio insights, market intelligence, and competitor benchmarking. Prepare management reports, support business planning and budgeting, identify growth opportunities, and supervise, coach, and develop team members to ensure effective execution of payday lending objectives.

3. Job Title: Team Lead, Mini-App Platform Management
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Platform Governance & Operational Excellence:
- Architect and enforce the definitive operational governance framework for the Mini App platform, establishing and managing all platform guidelines, security policies, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Assume ultimate ownership for the day-to-day operations, ensuring mission-critical levels of availability, performance, and security for all integrated mini-apps
Developer Ecosystem & Experience Leadership:
- Champion the developer experience by leading the platform support team to provide unparalleled, timely, and effective technical assistance to all developers and partners.
- Design and continuously refine a frictionless technical onboarding process that accelerates the time-to-market for new mini-apps.
- Act as the final point of escalation and resolution for critical technical and operational issues from our most strategic partners
Strategic Process Improvement & Knowledge Management:
- Lead the creation and curation of a comprehensive library of technical documentation, tutorials, and best-practice guides for the developer community.
- Proactively identify opportunities to re-engineer platform processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce partner friction, and enhance the overall developer journey
Technical Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary technical liaison between our partners and internal Engineering teams, translating partner feedback, bug reports, and requirements into actionable insights for the platforms into actionable insights for the platform’s technical roadmap
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to ensure a seamless and professional handover from contract signing to technical integration
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- At least 7 years of substantial experience in technical account management, platform operations, developer relations (DevRel), or partner engineering, within a large-scale PaaS or ecosystem environment.
- Proven and inspiring experience in leading a technical support, DevRel, or platform operations team.
- Deep, authoritative understanding of API-based platforms, modern software development lifecycles (SDLC), and scalable cloud infrastructure.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to explain highly complex technical concepts to both executive-level non-technical audiences and senior engineers.
