2. Job Title: Services Manager (Mechanical & Power)
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for monitoring Bank’s Mechanical/power projects nationwide, ensuring strict adherence to engineering regulations and standards, and conformance to approved project specifications for timely project delivery and maintenance services.
- Responsible for ensuring regular availability of generator power supply to Head Office, all branches nationwide and Bank/Directors houses to ensure that banking operations and services requiring electrical power supply at the locations are not hindered by power failure.
- Provides oversight for the management and utilization of over 200,000 litres capacity storage fuel reservoirs at the Head Office and Ikeja Fuel Dump for uninterruptable power availability for the operation of generators at the Head Office and strategic locations of the Bank.
- Assist in overall sub-unit performance on cooling systems, elevator systems, borehole/ water/ sewage treatment plants, fire safety equipment.
- Lead in assisting the Head, Engineering Services with initiating all capital improvement projects or programs including defining the project scope, determining the financial resources, identifying stakeholders internal and external Bank wide.
- Lead and manage all aspect of the day to day operations of UPS, Inverters and batteries, work tools, fire safety equipment and associated equipment Bank wide.
- Coordinate team members’ activities to ensure individual and team goals are consistently achieved.
- Propose policy improvement processes; participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies and priories for the department.
- Stay abreast of technology developments on local as well global front and convey knowledge to team members.
- Monitor changes in regulation and technology in relation to mechanical, power and safety issues that may affect Banking services and implement policy and procedural changes after Management approval.
- Plan retirement, budgeting for old and new generating sets, UPS, Inverters and batteries, work tools, fire safety equipment and associated equipment Bank wide respectively.
- Responsible for securing approval / permit / certification from appropriate government agency.

- First degree or equivalent in Engineering with NSE/COREN membership etc. Higher Degrees/Professional Certifications (an added advantage).

3. Job Title: Team Lead, Protocol
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and coordinate all protocol activities including domestic and international travel arrangements
- Oversee visa processing, passport management, and related travel documentation for Executives and staff
- Ensure provision of airport courtesies and seamless travel experience for Management and key stakeholders
- Validate completeness and accuracy of documentation submitted to embassies and regulatory bodies
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with embassies, immigration, customs, airlines, and other government agencies
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (CEO’s Office, Company Secretariat, Business Units) to align protocol services with business needs
- Engage with external service providers (hotels, airlines, logistics partners) to negotiate favorable terms and service levels

- Monitor travel-related costs and ensure cost-effective service delivery
- Support the Unit Head in identifying cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality
- Track service performance levels and implement improvements where required
- Support planning and execution of corporate events requiring protocol services
- Coordinate logistics and protocol arrangements for official visits and high-profile engagements
- Ensure adherence to operational risk guidelines relating to travel and staff movement
- Monitor compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

4. Job Title: Technical Trade Specialist
Job Description
- Responsible for processing and delivery of all Form A and Invisible Products and Services (CCI, PTA, BTA, ESTACODE, Vendor and Dividend Payments and Remittances, CCI and Profit Repatriation, and all other invisible payment products and services) for the bank
- Enforcement of compliance with the regulatory dictates, ensuring that the provisions of the dynamically changing foreign exchange manual and relevant internation rules are complied with in the process of delivery of Form A and Invisible Products and Services in the bank.
- Handles Form A registration compliance assurance functions
- Engagement with the internal and external stakeholders on product and technology platform development for Invisible products.
- Responsible for daily and periodic reconciliation of Nostro, GL and Suspense accounts, ensuring open items are timely closed on Invisible transactions.
- Operationalize the associated risk control measures on Invisible process/payment and Negotiation functions.
- Enforces presentation of compliant documents on vendor and service payments
- Rendition of daily/monthly/periodical reports on Invisible transactions.
- Attend enquiries and issues resolution requests from the Invisible service customers.
- Laisse with Treasury on provision of FX for settlement of Invisible transactions
Job Requirements:
- First Degree in any discipline
- Trade Certification (CDCS, CSDG, CITF), master’s degree and other professional certification (added advantage)
