1. Job Title: Team Lead, Customer Relationship Management
Job Overview:
To provide strategic leadership and oversight for the Bank’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform and services, ensuring reliable delivery, optimal system utilization, and seamless integration with enterprise and digital banking systems to support customer engagement and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the bank’s CRM strategy aligned with business, digital, and customer experience objectives
- Own and manage enterprise CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle CRM, or equivalent)
- Drive customer segmentation, lifecycle management, personalization, and targeted engagement strategies
- Partner with Business, Marketing, Digital Channels, IT, and Data teams to deliver CRM-driven initiatives
- Oversee CRM integrations with core banking systems, digital channels, contact centers, and analytics platforms
- Ensure CRM supports multi-channel customer engagement (branch, mobile, web, contact center, email, SMS)
- Lead CRM-driven campaign management, customer journeys, and performance tracking
- Govern customer data usage in line with data privacy, regulatory (NDPR), and security requirements
- Monitor CRM system performance, data quality, and adoption across the organization
- Provide executive dashboards and reports on customer behavior, engagement, churn, and lifetime value
- Lead vendor management, CRM enhancements, upgrades, and roadmap planning
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and innovation within CRM processes

2. Job Title: Head, Credit Admin, Documentation and Governance
Job Overview
- Provides leadership and oversight for credit administration, documentation, collateral management, loan disbursement, and post approval credit controls across the Bank.
- Ensures approved credit facilities are properly documented, disbursed, maintained, and monitored in line with approval terms, credit policies, regulatory requirements, and the Bank’s risk appetite.
- Drives strong credit governance, enforceable security documentation, timely exception resolution, and continuous improvement across credit administration processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end credit administration, documentation, collateral management, loan disbursement, and post approval credit controls across the Bank.
- Ensure approved credit facilities are documented, disbursed, maintained, and monitored in line with approval terms, credit policies, regulatory requirements, and the Bank’s risk appetite.
- Confirm that all pre-disbursement conditions, including documentation, collateral, approvals, insurance, legal clearance, and security perfection, are satisfied before disbursement
- Ensure all credit and security documentation is complete, valid, enforceable, properly executed, and safely maintained
- Liaise with Legal, Business, Credit Risk, and external solicitors to ensure adequate documentation, security perfection, and collateral enforceability.
- Monitor unauthorized overdrafts, expired facilities, temporary accommodations, overdue reviews, documentation exceptions, and other credit breaches for timely escalation and resolution
- Oversee collateral valuation, registration, perfection, insurance monitoring, custody, and release in line with approved policies.
- Review credit administration reports, exception reports, deferral reports, collateral reports, and other control reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Support the identification and escalation of potential problem loans, documentation gaps, and control weaknesses
- Coordinate credit administration inputs for internal audits, external audits, regulatory examinations, management reviews, and credit governance forums
- Drive process improvement, automation, and digitization across documentation, collateral tracking, deferral monitoring, loan booking, and reporting

Description

Description
The Head, Turkish Desk establishes and maintains relationships within the local Turkish business community, while overseeing and leading engagement with key industry players, including SMEs, corporates, and other stakeholders.
