The Internship

  • As a Sales Lead Qualifier (Intern), you’ll help qualify leads from our ideal client profile in the target markets assigned to you. learn how we solve problems across departments to support the company’s growth in an incredibly competitive global market.
  • Being a huge part of the Revenue division, the Sales department works closely with cross functional teams such as Trading, Account management, Product, Legal, Compliance, Onboarding, Customer success, Finance, Operations and more. With this unique, holistic perspective, interns are able to see how all aspects of the organisation interact with each other, getting a comprehensive overview of our business.
  • During the programme, you’ll work on prospecting different verticals that need our products by targeting the decision makers and booking meetings for the sales leads in order to close them. You’ll collect and input all lead information on salesforce, follow a prospecting sales funnel and use accurate data for all leads captured to help with reporting. You’ll also work closely with the sales leads to get more information about our operations as well as provide feedback from your engagements. You will be required to be very professional in dealing with clients and escalating issues, questions or concerns from clients to your line manager.
  • This is a full-time position within our Sales department, however as part of your training you will benefit from our Rotational Development Program, where you will spend some time learning from leaders in other departments of the company. The position is open to candidates in Lagos (Nigeria) and Douala (Cameroon) and good written and verbal communication skills in the English and French language is a requirement.
