Job Description:
- The Direct Sales Agent role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ibadan.
- The individual in this role will actively prospect and engage potential customers, present FCMB Group’s products and services, and drive customer acquisition through direct interactions in assigned markets or locations.
- Daily responsibilities include explaining product features and benefits, assisting customers with account opening and documentation, and following up on leads to convert interest into sales.
- The Direct Sales Agent will maintain accurate records of customer interactions, prepare basic sales reports, and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to the sales team.
