Job Description:
- The Direct Sales Agent role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ibadan.
- The individual in this role will actively prospect and engage potential customers, present FCMB Group’s products and services, and drive customer acquisition through direct interactions in assigned markets or locations.
- Daily responsibilities include explaining product features and benefits, assisting customers with account opening and documentation, and following up on leads to convert interest into sales.
- The Direct Sales Agent will maintain accurate records of customer interactions, prepare basic sales reports, and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to the sales team.
- This role also involves delivering consistent, professional customer service and adhering to all compliance, risk management, and ethical sales standards.

Requirements for The Position of (Entry Level) Direct Sales Agent at FCMB:
- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills to build trust, maintain relationships, and collaborate effectively with team members and customers.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication and confident product presentation skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service capabilities to respond promptly to inquiries, resolve basic issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

- A minimum of a secondary school certificate; a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is an advantage.
