Job Title: Senior Brand Strategist

The Role

  • We are seeking to employ Senior Brand Strategist to join the team. As a Senior Brand Strategist, you will be responsible for developing strategies, presenting recommendations, market research, and generating original ideas.
  • Our ideal candidate should be a seasoned professional who can develop business improvement plans and strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Own all aspects of client projects, manage projects and work with campaign/project manager to establish timelines, and present key findings/deliverables when required
  • Propose new concepts and approaches that may align with client goals
  • Design and manage digital solutions to meet clients’ needs
  • Communicate best practices that will help clients achieve their goals
  • Provide expertise in developing and presenting new strategic opportunities
  • Provide creative ideas working with the creative department and other business units.

Requirements for the Position of Senior Brand Strategist at Pulse Africa

  • Candidates should possess a good First Degree in any discipline
  • MBA/ Relevant Masters’ degree will be an advantage
  • APCON certification is required/welcomed
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in Marketing & Communications where 3 years must have been spent as a Strategist and 1 year in a senior role.
  • Proficient use of presentation software/applications
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
