Job Title: Engine Operations Team Lead

Description

  • Lead and supervise the engine room team to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all propulsion and auxiliary machinery.
  • Plan and oversee maintenance of engines, generators, pumps, and related mechanical/electrical systems in accordance with schedules and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Monitor engine performance and operating parameters, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, including pollution prevention and emission control standards.
  • Train and mentor engine room personnel to maintain high technical competence and operational discipline.
  • Maintain accurate records of engine operations, maintenance activities, and spare parts inventory for reporting to management.

Job Requirement

  • 7 – 10 years experience in the field or related field
  • Minimum of class 3 COC/OOW in Marine Engineering
  • FSO/FPSO experience
