Role Description
We are looking for a strategic and creative Senior Social Media Specialist to lead the development and execution of PalmPay’s social media strategy. The ideal candidate is innovative, data-driven, and experienced in building strong digital communities within the fintech space. This role will drive brand visibility, audience engagement, and business growth through impactful and performance-focused social media initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with brand objectives and industry best practices.
- Plan and manage the social media content calendar across all platforms.
- Lead community management efforts, fostering engagement and strengthening brand loyalty.
- Provide creative direction to designers and videographers to ensure brand-aligned, high-quality content.
- Develop and oversee video content strategies for various digital platforms.
- Identify and leverage trending topics to drive brand visibility and viral engagement.
- Manage and mentor social media executives, setting KPIs and ensuring performance targets are met.
- Conceptualize and present campaign ideas in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
