2. Job Title: Calibration Engineer
Job Description:
- We are seeking a Calibration Engineer with solid hands-on experience in calibration processes and instrumentation.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring equipment accuracy and compliance with ISO 9001 standards, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in calibration and performance testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Calibrate instruments such as flowmeters and liquid storage tanks (under and above ground)
- Set up and verify calibration exercises, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Design and implement standard calibration procedures across the organization.
- Maintain and update all platform-related calibration processes
- Carry out assessment, modelling, and optimization of calibration processes to reduce lead time.
- Coordinate with the HSE coordinator and investigate all reported incidents (near-misses and accidents)

Qualifications and Requirements for Smartflow Technologies Callibration Engineer Job:
- B.Sc. or HND in Mechanical engineering or related field
- 0 -1 years hands-on experience in a calibration-focused or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Prior experience in the petroleum industry is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of calibration processes and tank cleaning services.
- Must be able to perform non entry tank cleaning will less supervision
- In depth understanding of Petrol station piping is an added advantage
- Good knowledge of related Health and Safety Standards is a plus.
