Job Description:
- As a Customer Service Representative at Compovine Technologies Limited, you will serve as the primary point of contact between the company and our diverse retail and corporate clients. Given our fast-paced IT sales and technical service environment, you will handle inquiries regarding product availability, technical support ticketing, order tracking, and after-sales services. Your goal will be to ensure a seamless client experience, upholding our reputation as a trusted digital solutions provider.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in client inquiries regarding computer hardware, software solutions, and IT services.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the company’s internal inventory and service tracking tools.
- Log technical support requests and escalate complex engineering or IT issues to the appropriate technical team.
