To be eligible for the Shell Graduate Program:
- You must have graduated (Bachelor’s or Master’s) before your start date
- You must have less than three years of work experience.
- You must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme
- You must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
