Job Title: Consultant, Client Service

Job Description

To assist clients in the Private Banking Suite with their service requests, complaints and queries in order to deliver a positive client experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assess client service requirements and resolve accordingly or routes them to the appropriate person or department for resolution
  • Issue Debit cards, Credit Cards, pre-paid cards and Personal Identification Number (PIN) codes as per set procedure.
  • Generate lead, build new and/or maintains existing customer relationships for walk-in clients.
  • Receive and process customer requests for cheque books and debit cards, prepaid cards and credit cards including changing of ATM limits as per laid down procedure.
  • Ensure procedures are followed to meet and maintain quality service levels and turn-around times. Strives for continuous service improvement.

Qualifications

  • University Degree

Experience Required

  • 1 – 2 years branch banking experience
  • Knowledge of the bank’s products, compliance procedures and regulations governing the management of financial services.
