- You have up to 3 years of experience after graduation – maybe in management, economics, finance, engineering or a related field (but your background doesn’t have to fit a box).
- You already show a spark for leadership – whether through student organizations, NGOs, sports, start-ups, or other initiatives where you took the lead.
