Job Responsibilities
- Review and verify incoming and outgoing invoices, waybill along with PO
- Prepare cheque requisition with attached necessary documents.
- Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records.
- Reconcile account payable transactions of individual vendors.
- Maintain vendor files, etc
- Managing financial records in compliance with tax and accounting laws
- Evaluating internal control systems and providing necessary suggestions.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or HND qualification in Accounting
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Accountant .
- Applicant must reside in Lagos.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Dynamics Navision and different Accounting Softwares
- ACA is an added advantage.
