Job Summary
- As our Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the frontline ambassador for our company, delivering exceptional support to our valued customers.
- You’ll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through various communication channels.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner and handle and resolve customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents and follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maximize performance and maintain a positive team environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Soft skills in customer service or related field.
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
