Checkoff Finance Company Ltd is a privately-run finance company founded in 2021; we metamorphosed from Checkoff credit (originally founded in 2017). Our business was set up with the express purpose of offering unsecured loans to workers, payroll loans to public and private sector employees. These remain our raison d’etre, but, as time has passed, we have grown our business to provide additional support services.

Job description
- Contacting potential customers to inform them about Checkoff Finance’s products.
- Directing prospects to the customer experience team when needed
- Uploading, processing and monitoring customer’s request via appropriate channels to ensure customer success.
- Liaise with customer experience team in handling grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Optimal utilization of all sales tools and resources to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Keeping adequate records of call logs and sales for administrative purposes
Requirements
- Minimum of HND
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word.
- Must have completed NYSC.
