Key Responsibilities
- Cross-Functional Exposure: Gain hands-on experience by rotating through different departments or teams to gain a holistic understanding of our startup’s operations and culture.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations related to your projects, and share your insights with the team.
- Sales Operations:
- Support the sales team by creating and maintaining sales reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with sales leaders to ensure efficient sales processes and accurate data management.
- Data Management:
- Maintain and organize revenue-related data in CRM systems or databases.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with various departments, including sales, marketing, finance, and product development, to support revenue initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications
- Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Design, etc.).
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills, including proficiency in data visualization tools.
- Experience (1-2 years) in a revenue operations, sales operations, or data analysis role is a positive.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Proactive, results-driven, and a keen interest in revenue optimization.
