1. Job Title: Smartflow Technologies Graduate Trainee Program 2026 – Business Intelligence / Data Analyst
Responsibilities
- Conducting remote site monitoring of all ATG (Automatic Tank Gauging), FMS (Fuel Management Systems), and fuel pumps.
- Generating and submitting a daily tank level report to ensure real-time stock visibility.
- Preparing accurate calibration charts upon receiving raw data from the field.
- Creating and submitting Requests for Purchase Orders when site stock hits the reorder level.
- Delivering Proof of Delivery documentation within 24 hours, following the collection of Fuel Receipt Notes and LPOs.
- Compiling and delivering comprehensive weekly and monthly fuel transaction reports.
- Producing detailed monthly fuel consumption reports to aid operational planning.
- Creating monthly maintenance reports to support system reliability and compliance.
- Updating and tracking calibration milestones across all relevant systems.

2. Smartflow Technologies Graduate Trainee Program 2026 – Warehouse
Job Description
- Receive, inspect, and record shipments and materials received from project sites or transferred from other warehouse locations.
- Ensure effective stock management through proper documentation and accurate inventory records.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock counts, and record inventory variances to minimize stock discrepancies.
- Ensure goods entering and leaving the warehouse are properly tracked and authorized.
- Input supplies into the warehouse inventory system and check records for accuracy.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock, consumption, disputes, returns, and warehouse activities.
- Compile reports on changes in production or inventory.
- Conduct branch stock analysis to support data-driven decision-making and inter-base transfers.
- Find, sort, and move goods within different parts of the warehouse.
- Ensure the store is well organized and maintain the neatness and tidiness of the warehouse.
- Develop and implement a proactive tools maintenance programme.
- Ensure maintenance reports are properly prepared.
- Ensure all tool maintenance operations comply with company policy and OSHA guidelines.
- Coordinate with the OHS Coordinator to investigate reported incidents, including near misses and accidents.
