Job Summary

  • We are seeking young, intelligent, and technically driven graduates in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering to join our Management Trainee Programme.
  • The ideal candidates should demonstrate strong academic performance, sound technical aptitude, quick thinking, innovative thinking, as well as a strong willingness to learn and develop.
  • The programme is designed for high-potential graduates who can learn quickly in a fast-paced technical environment and contribute to operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have demonstrated capacity beyond their academic background, particularly in Excel, AI tools, data analysis, digital applications or other skills relevant to the role.
