Job Description:
- Full-stack developer bridging technical excellence with IT governance expertise. You’ll develop mission-critical applications while ensuring compliance with COBIT, ITIL, and regulatory requirements (PENCOM, GDPR, Nigeria DPA) in a highly regulated environment.

- Lead development projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Support ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management) and production support
- Champion code reviews focused on governance, security, and auditability
- Ensure systems comply with PENCOM requirements and data protection regulations
- Contribute to enterprise architecture and microservices design
