Job Description
Key Responsibilities User Research & Analysis:
- Conduct user research, surveys, and usability testing to understand customer pain points.
- Analyze data and feedback to refine product experiences and improve usability.
- UI/UX Design & Prototyping Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI components using industry-standard tools.
- Develop interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively. Create and maintain design systems for consistency across products.
- Collaboration & Implementation Work closely with product managers and developers to align design with business goals.
- Provide design specifications, guidelines, and assets to the engineering team.
- Participate in agile sprints and design critiques, iterating based on feedback.
- Testing & Optimization Conduct A/B testing and user feedback sessions to validate design decisions.
- Optimize UI/UX for accessibility, performance, and responsiveness across devices.
- Brand & Visual Identity Ensure designs align with the company’s brand identity and visual guidelines.
- Develop marketing and product visuals as needed for promotional content.
