Job Title: Marketing & Brand Communications Lead

Role Summary

  • To lead the strategic direction, planning, and execution of marketing, branding, corporate communications, digital presence, and stakeholder engagement for the company. Ensures Westfield maintains a professional brand image, supports business development through impactful visibility, and aligns all communication with corporate vision, ISO standards, and executive expectations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the company’s annual Marketing & Brand Strategy, aligned with revenue objectives and corporate goals.
  • Oversee digital branding, website, LinkedIn, corporate email communications, newsletters, case studies, industry articles.
  • Lead the design, approval, and deployment of marketing assets, brochures, company profile, corporate videos, proposal branding.
  • Manage corporate visibility at conferences, exhibitions (e.g., OTC Houston, NOG Energy Week), client forums, CSR programs.
  • Supervise marketing & brand communications staff, assign tasks, review deliverables, conduct performance reviews.
  • Ensure brand compliance, logo usage, fonts, colors, tone of communication across all departments & proposals.
  • Support Sales & BD teams with pitch decks, proposal branding, corporate presentations, client engagement kits.
  • Drive stakeholder communications, press releases, internal newsletters, crisis communication, corporate announcements.
  • Track and report monthly on social media reach, audience engagement, brand ROI metrics, and campaign performance.
  • Ensure ISO 9001 compliance, document control, and maintain corporate identity manuals, templates & visual standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience for the following Graduate Job at Westfield Energy Resources Limited:

  • B.Sc./B. A in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Media, or related field.
  • 6–9 years post-NYSC + minimum 3 years in supervisory/lead marketing & communications role. Experience in the oil and gas industry is an advantage.
  • Professional certifications in CIM, NIPR, Digital Marketing (Google), Brand Management, PMP is an added advantage.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Suite tools, Canva, MS PowerPoint, Zoho CRM, Google Analytics, SharePoint.
  • Core skills in Strategic branding, content leadership, digital storytelling, corporate communication, team management, presentation & copywriting.
