- Provide first-level IT support to employees and assist with resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues involving computers, printers, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers and software applications.
- Support user account setup, access management, and basic system administration.
- Assist with network and connectivity troubleshooting, including Wi-Fi and LAN-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, equipment, and support requests.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate IT team members when required.
- Support routine IT maintenance and system checks.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, including device and system setup.
- Provide technical support during meetings, presentations, and other internal activities.
- Assist with other IT projects and tasks as assigned.
