1. Job Title: Contracts Professional
Description:
We’re looking for an experienced Contracts Professional with 12–13 years of experience in Contract Management, Contract Administration, Techno-Commercial Evaluation, Negotiation, and Project Contracts within Petrochemical, Fertilizer, EPC, Refinery, or Civil Engineering industries.
- Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle including drafting, review, negotiation & administration
- Handle Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Major/Minor Capex project contracts
- Lead contract negotiations with vendors, contractors & service providers
- Drive contractual compliance, risk mitigation & claims management
- Coordinate with Projects, Procurement, Legal & Finance teams
- Ensure successful execution of contracts while meeting quality, cost & timeline objectives
Qualifications and Requirements:
- B.E./B. Tech (Mechanical/Civil)
- MBA / PGDM preferred
