Key Responsibilities

The Head of Investment will shape how GTPension grows and protects pension funds. This role focuses on managing large-scale investment portfolios while ensuring compliance with Nigerian pension regulations.

You’ll be responsible for making strategic decisions that directly impact long-term returns for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute investment strategies and asset allocation plans
  • Manage pension portfolios (RSA and Approved Schemes)
  • Identify investment opportunities across:
    • Money markets
    • Fixed income (debt instruments)
    • Equities (capital markets)
    • Alternative investments
  • Monitor market trends and economic indicators
  • Ensure compliance with PenCom regulations
  • Report performance to management, clients, and regulators

What You Need to Succeed
