Who Is Eligible for Eric Bleumink Fellowship?
Candidates must meet all of the following criteria:
- Hold nationality of a country listed in the official Appendix 1 (primarily least-developed and other developing countries according to the DAC list of ODA recipients). Priority is given to least-developed countries.
