Job Summary
The ideal candidate is expected to apply pro-active, methodical and innovative working practices to identify and develop renewable business opportunities, create and maintain strong client relationships, market and sell a range of financial products across investments, stockbroking and estate planning, whilst providing best advice and a quality service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell financial products and services products across investments, stockbroking and estate planning.
- Develop strategies and go to market approaches to acquire new relationships and significantly grow the funds under management through digital initiatives.
- Collaborate with other business segments to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients.
- Ensure excellent client service delivery and quick resolution of client-related issues
- Provide personalized financial advice and solutions tailored to client needs.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and performance assessments.
Client Service Excellence:
- Ensure the highest level of client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address and resolve client issues and concerns promptly.
- Monitor client feedback and implement improvements

- Proven track record in client relationship management and business development.
