Job Title: Microbiologist
Description:
- Erisco Foods Ltd is seeking a proactive and detail oriented Microbiologist to join their team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product safety, quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- To conduct routine microbiological and chemical testing of products and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor quality across raw materials, in-process and finished goods.
- Maintain accurate and complete test records and documentation.
- Perform regular equipment calibration and maintenance checks.
- Assist in internal audits and regulatory inspections.
- Support corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes.
- Work closely with production for quality improvement initiatives.
