Job Summary
The role interfaces and manages customer, contractors and OEM interactions, document controls, interacts with clients; monitors and tracks progress of all running sales order, documents and GAD reviews, production progress etc.
Job Details
- Coordinates proposal preparation for bespoke products, aligning Sales and Engineering activities.
- Interprets customer inquiries into cost-effective, feasible solutions.
- Act as the primary contact for customers during the inquiry and bidding processes.
- Establishes and finalizes contract specifications with external groups.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and leverage these to convert opportunities into orders.
- Support the Engineering team in design and build phases as necessary.
- Ensure thorough follow-up on proposals, using CRM and other sales programs.

- Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering Discipline, Project Management, or a related field.

- Lead and monitor site teams, subcontractors, and artisans to ensure efficient execution of work
- Review engineering drawings, BOQs, specifications, and method statements for proper implementation on-site
