About Eko Electricity Distribution Plc (EKEDC)

Eko Electricity Distribution Plc (EKEDC) is a leading company in Nigeria’s electricity supply industry. As part of this reform, 11 distribution companies, including EKEDC, were established under the Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN). In 2013, the sector was further privatized, allowing investors greater ownership and control over power generation and distribution.
