    Responsibilities

    • We are looking for an Accountant who combines excellent leadership and analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles as well as in-depth understanding of QuickBooks accounting software package.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Reconciliation of Empty Container Templates.

    • Resolve issues at shipping companies, where our clearing agents are deficient. Issues that bother on waiver of demurrage, non-return of empty containers; manifest amendments.
    • Verify and evaluate all debit notes, as submitted by our Clearing Agents.

    Requirements

    Education and Work Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Transport Management, Purchasing & Supplies or Business Administration

    Job Summary:

    Provide support for treasury unit in the aspect of tax compliance, preparation, research tasks and proper documentation. This role offers opportunities for growth and development within the company.

    Job Description

    • Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
    • Manage receivables collection process, including invoicing clients, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts.

    • As the Storekeeper, you will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring the accurate storage, tracking, and distribution of supplies.
    • You will play a critical role in maintaining stock levels, ensuring the hotel has the necessary resources to provide exceptional service to our guests.

    Responsibilities

    • Accurately maintain stock levels, placing orders for necessary items, and monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
    • Ensure that the storerooms and inventory areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained, following all health and safety regulations.
    • Properly label, categorize, and store items in a manner that ensures easy access and reduces wastage or damage.
    • Monitor product expiry dates and rotate stock to minimize waste. Dispose of expired or damaged goods as needed.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a BSc Degree with a minimum of 1 year of experience as a storekeeper.
