1. Job Title: Carousel / Gantry Floor Manager
Job Description:
- To manage and coordinate all safe and efficient product loading operations at the terminal carousel/gantry, ensuring zero incidents, accurate loading, and compliance with all HSE and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all loading activities for trucks and LPG cylinder trucks, ensuring accurate product allocation and minimal turnaround time.
- Enforce strict HSE policies and regulatory compliance (NMDPRA, Fire Service), including “No Phone, No Smoking” and PPE policies.
- Coordinate fleet management, including truck entry, parking, and documentation verification.
- Oversee product quality through sampling, quality checks, and accurate documentation (loading tickets and waybills).
- Prepare daily performance reports on gantry throughput, downtime, and incidents.
Requirements:
- Education: HND / B.Sc. in Engineering, Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in terminal operations, with at least 2 years in gantry/loading supervision within the downstream oil and gas sector.
- Certifications: HSE Level 1-3; Defensive Driving awareness is an advantage.
- Availability: Must be able to work in a 24/7 shift environment, including weekends and public holidays.

2. Job Title: Truck Loader & Gantry Supervisor
Job Description:
- To supervise and coordinate all truck loading activities and loader personnel at the gantry.
- This role ensures timely loading of products in strict compliance with company SOPs and HSE requirements.

- Directly lead a team of 10 – 15 truck loaders per shift, conducting pre-shift toolbox talks and enforcing safety protocols.
- Monitor loading equipment (arms, meters, and seals) to prevent contamination or short loading.
- Verify documentation, including truck details, compartment numbers, and seals before and after loading.
- Oversee LPG cylinder handling, ensuring safe loading, lashing, and rejection of damaged cylinders.
- Maintain gantry housekeeping and promptly report equipment faults to maintenance.
Requirements:
- Education: OND / HND in Sciences, Engineering, or related field (SSCE with 5+ years of experience also considered).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years as a loader or loader lead in a downstream terminal, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Certifications: HSE Level 1-2; First Aid certification is an advantage.
- Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit to work in an outdoor, high-risk environment.
