Job Description
- To sell micro loans to traders door to door
- Meet target expectations for new customers
- Maintain Customer database and debt repayment plans
- Minimize delay timeline for loan recovery
Requirements
- BSc/HND/OND in any discipline.
- Must not be more than 28 years.
- Extroverted, bold, good communication skills, Customer-oriented and with impressive interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about Sales and target driven.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Available to resume immediately.
Renumeration
- Salary: 70,000k Net (Transport and airtime allowance excluded)
- 0.5% commissions on loan value sold.
- 20% base salary increase on attainment of 2 consecutive months set
- Grade: Assistant Officer or Trainee Officer depending on experience
