Division: Marketing
Reports To: Manager – Geo-Marketing Analytics
Location: Nigeria
Mission
Support the collection, analysis, and interpretation of complex data to understand customer needs at a micro-market level and enable regional marketing decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own regional BI architecture, including:
- Power BI dashboards
- Automated data pipelines
- Single source of truth for regional reporting
- Deliver analytics across state, LGA, cluster, and site levels:
- Revenue performance
- Subscriber trends
- Voice and data usage
- Quality of experience
- Site profitability
- Identify:
- Underperforming markets
- Demand gaps and growth opportunities
- Early warning signals such as churn risk and congestion
- Develop predictive and prescriptive insights
- Support localized go-to-market strategies
- Integrate external datasets (population, mobility, income proxies, POIs)
- Provide advanced ad-hoc analytics for regional leadership
Requirements
Education
- Degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Experience
- 3–7 years’ experience
- Minimum 2 years in business or data analytics roles
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, or market analytics
- Understanding of marketing analytics by channel
