Job Description
- Attend to walking customers and provide excellent service
- Handle product inquiries, directions, sales, and packaging
- Collaborate with shop floor teams to ensure smooth services
- Provide daily report on manned section to the floor admin
- Any other duties that may be assigned by your Supervisor.
Requirements
- HND / BSc in Administration or related field
- 1 – 3 years of customer service or admin experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Great report writing and documentation skills
- The ability to resolve complaints is essential to the role.
