- As we expand our impact and reach, we seek a Growth Analyst to support the growth, engagement, and operational excellence of the community. This role is integral to scaling our efforts, optimising processes, and ensuring our ambassadors have the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities:
The Growth Analyst will be responsible for supporting and improving the operations, engagement, and strategic initiatives of the Cowrywise Campus Ambassadors program. This includes managing ambassador recruitment, overseeing skill-based teams, coordinating virtual and physical events, tracking program performance, identifying areas for improvement, and, most importantly, being able to innovate, think creatively, and introduce ambitious initiatives that support the community’s goals. The ideal candidate is highly organised, data-driven, and passionate about building thriving communities. You should have experience in community management, program coordination, event planning, and stakeholder engagement.
