Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and candidate screening.
- Support onboarding and employee documentation.
- Assist with maintaining and updating employee records.
- Support HR administrative activities and staff engagement initiatives.
- Assist with preparing HR reports and documentation.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
Requirements for 2026 Graduate Internship Program at Swift Consulting:
- HND/BSc. in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and develop a career in HR.
- Previous internship or NYSC experience in HR is an added advantage.
