Job Description:
- Supervise and coordinate all assembly activities within the department.
- Ensure production schedules and daily output targets are achieved.
- Ensure assembled products meet established quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct routine inspections of products during and after assembly.
- Identify defects and implement corrective actions to reduce product rejection rates.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of finished products.
- Assign duties and monitor employee performance.
