The role will support the development and implementation of talent management initiatives that strengthen employee performance, build organisational capability, and support the growth and retention of our people. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Performance Management and Learning & Development, with the ability to translate business and people needs into practical talent solutions.

Job Details

Performance Management

  • Coordinate the Group’s performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, year-end assessments, and performance conversations.
  • Support managers and employees in setting clear, measurable, and business-aligned performance objectives.
  • Monitor performance outcomes and identify trends, gaps, and areas requiring intervention.
  • Support the development and implementation of performance improvement plans where required.
  • Prepare performance reports and insights to support management decision-making.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on performance management processes and policies.

Learning & Development

  • Support the identification of learning and development needs across the Group through performance reviews, skills assessments, and business requirements.
  • Coordinate the implementation of training programmes, workshops, and other learning interventions.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external training providers to deliver relevant development programmes.
  • Track training participation, completion, feedback, and learning outcomes.
  • Support the development of career development and capability-building initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate learning and development records and prepare periodic reports.

Talent Management

  • Support talent identification, succession planning, career development, and employee development initiatives.
  • Assist in the implementation of talent programmes aimed at developing high-potential employees and critical talent.
  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Maintain talent-related data and provide insights to support workforce and people decisions.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to address talent and capability gaps.

Requirements for the Position of Talent Management Officer at Norrenberger Financial Group

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience in Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning & Development, or a related HR function.
  • Strong understanding of performance management frameworks and processes.
