Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Portuguese Government Scholarships, you must meet the following criteria:
- Nationality or Residency: Must comply with conditions related to nationality or have legalized residency status in Portugal.
- Enrollment: Enrolled in a higher vocational-technical course (CTESP), bachelor’s degree, integrated master’s, or master’s degree with at least 30 ECTS credits.
- Education Level: Should not hold a diploma or degree at the same or higher level than the one for which you are applying.
- Academic Progress: After the first year, you must continue to meet the academic requirements and enrollment conditions.
- Household Income: The total annual income of your household must be less than EUR 11,049.89.
- Movable Property Value: The value of the household’s movable property should be less than EUR 115,303.20.
- Tax and Social Security: Must be up to date with all tax and social security obligations.
