Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into new clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Oil & Gas companies, EPC contractors, service companies, and other industry stakeholders.
- Monitor industry activities, projects, tenders, and procurement opportunities.
- Support client/vendor registration and prequalification processes.
- Prepare and coordinate commercial proposals, quotations, presentations, and other business development documents.
- Follow up on submitted proposals, quotations, tenders, and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and projects.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis.
- Participate in client meetings, industry events, conferences, and networking activities.
- Collaborate with Operations, Technical, Procurement, and Finance teams to develop competitive commercial solutions.
- Achieve agreed business development and revenue targets.

Requirements for the Position of Sales and Marketing Executive at Western Development Company Limited:
- Bachelor’s degree/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Commercial roles.
- Experience working with an Oil & Gas servicing company, EPC company, Engineering firm, or related industry is highly desirable.
- Understanding of the Nigerian Oil & Gas business environment.
- Knowledge of tendering, client/vendor registration, prequalification, and proposal processes is an advantage.
- Strong business development, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into business.
- Strong networking and relationship-management skills.
- Target-driven, commercially aware, and proactive.
- Willingness to travel when required.
- Must Reside in Lagos and Its Environ
