About the Role
As the MCD Trainer – Maintenance Systems, you will play a key role within our Manufacturing Capability Development team, strengthening technical competence across supply chain operations.
You will design, deliver, and sustain structured maintenance training programs that improve equipment reliability, enhance workforce capability, and support operational continuity across our plants. This position combines deep mechanical expertise with a passion for coaching, structured learning, and continuous improvement.
You will lead hands-on development initiatives for operators, technicians, and trainee engineers, ensuring high standards in maintenance practices, safety, and operational excellence.

Is This You?
You may be a strong fit if you have:
- B.Sc./HND in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in engineering or maintenance training (FMCG experience is an advantage)

- Oversee maintenance and operation of the SCA training facility and equipment
- Lead cost-effective initiatives that improve equipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs
- Collaborate with plant engineering teams to align training with operational priorities
- Coach and mentor trainees while promoting safety and continuous learning
- Maintain accurate training documentation, assessments, and performance records
- Support additional initiatives assigned by the MCD Manager – Engineering
