Description
- Design and implementation of learning strategies that foster employee growth, build organizational capability, and align with Rainoil’s strategic objectives.
Responsibility
- Coordinate the execution of the company’s Learning and Development (L&D) strategy and annual training plan.
- Identify learning needs through performance appraisals, skill gap analyses, and departmental feedback.
- Plan, organize, and monitor training programs, ensuring effective delivery and measurable outcomes.
- Manage relationships with training vendors and regulatory institutions.
- Track and evaluate training effectiveness, ensuring continuous improvement of L&D initiatives.
- Maintain accurate learning records, reports, and budgets in line with HR policies.
- Support the implementation of career development and talent management programs.
- Ensure compliance with statutory training requirements (e.g., ITF, etc.).

Requirements for the Position of Learning and Development Officer at Rainoil Limited:
