Job Title: Trading Officer

Description

  • Design and implementation of learning strategies that foster employee growth, build organizational capability, and align with Rainoil’s strategic objectives.

Responsibility

  • Coordinate the execution of the company’s Learning and Development (L&D) strategy and annual training plan.
  • Identify learning needs through performance appraisals, skill gap analyses, and departmental feedback.
  • Plan, organize, and monitor training programs, ensuring effective delivery and measurable outcomes.
  • Manage relationships with training vendors and regulatory institutions.
  • Track and evaluate training effectiveness, ensuring continuous improvement of L&D initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate learning records, reports, and budgets in line with HR policies.
  • Support the implementation of career development and talent management programs.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory training requirements (e.g., ITF, etc.).

Requirements for the Position of Learning and Development Officer at Rainoil Limited:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Professional certification in L&D, HR, or Training (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD) is an advantage.
