Job Title: HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER – AGBARA – 0114
JOB PURPOSE:
The role oversees the design, planning, and implementation of all human resources programmes for the Plant. Additionally, the role will ensure proper administration of corporate policies concerning compensation, benefits, employee and industrial relations, health and safety, learning and development programmes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and talent management for plant employees.
- Manage employee relations, union engagements, and ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Oversee compensation, benefits administration, payroll support, and remuneration benchmarking.
- Coordinate training, employee development, safety, environmental, and welfare programs.
- Manage plant administration, including security, transport, residences, guest houses, and corporate affairs.
- Prepare workforce reports, labour budgets, and provide HR insights to support management decisions.
- Develop, supervise, and motivate team members while safeguarding the company’s legal and operational interests.
- Prepare and manage the plant’s annual labour and capital expenditure budgets.
- Oversee the company’s immigration processes and travel arrangements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Human Resource Management Public Administration, or a related field.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision or any other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
