The Human Resources (HR) Intern supports employees and managers on important issues such as hiring, relocation, benefits, careers development, performance and compensation. Responsibilities
- Support employees through interaction and feedback.
- Coordinate employee information meetings on employment policies
- Support line management use of HR tools and processes as well as interpreting and administering HR policies and programs
- Support employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate internal and external training and recruitment activities.
- Assist in organizing internal team-building events and local community events.
- Maintain a good grasp of HR and business issues.
- Participate in initiatives aimed at continuously improving HR performance and employee motivation.
- Ensure compliance with the Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines and relevant legislation.
