Job Title: HR Generalist
Job Purpose
- To support the achievement of organizational goals by delivering efficient and effective human resource services across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll administration, compliance, and learning & development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Administer payroll, benefits, leave, and statutory compliance activities.
- Maintain accurate HR records, policies, and documentation.
- Support employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives while preparing HR reports and workforce analytics.
