1. Job Title: Intern – Recruiting
Job Description
- You will assist recruiters in coordinating on-campus and in-office events, including identifying assessors for interview days, arranging logistics, reserving conference rooms, preparing materials, etc.
- You will also assist in management of candidate data including maintaining accurate and up-to-date application information in recruiting systems and running reports.
- You will work closely with our Recruiting team and leadership and wider recruiting teams to provide a best-in-class recruiting experience for all stakeholders.
- You will communicate interview logistics to candidates, respond to general process inquiries and support the application screening process.
- In this role, you will also perform a range of administrative tasks, helping the team where needed, update recruiting calendar and you will help coordinate the hiring of consultants through recruiting events.
- This is a full-time internship 24 months contract.
- You will be based in Lagos office as an integral member of our Africa recruiting team.
- The Lagos offices are part of the McKinsey Africa complex with 6 offices across the continent (Johannesburg, Lagos, Casablanca, Nairobi, Addis Ababa and Luanda) and about 500 collaborators.
- You will report to the Senior Manager of Recruiting in Africa.
