Description:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Officerto join our finance team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
- Prepare and review financial documents, reports, and statements
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments promptly
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company financial policies
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
