Job Title: Co2 Plant Team Lead
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Co2 Plant Team Lead will manage and supervise the operation and maintenance of CO2 Plant to ensure the availability of quality CO2 to service our beverage production plants.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and supervise CO2 Plant operation, ensuring that CO2 Plant runs at OEM desired efficiency and in accordance with Food Safety requirement.
- Execute all CO2 Plant, time- based maintenance according to schedule, within approved costing to minimize down time.
- Always ensure Carboscan functionality.
- Monitor CO2 Production equipment parameters and testing of CO2 during production in line with the OEM and Coca-Cola specifications.
- Monitor CO2 raw materials stock availability, ensuring that all raw materials used for CO2 Production comply with KORE standards.
- Monitor CO2 Production cost and fuel yield, ensuring best fuel yield as per target on natural gas and diesel respectively.
- Monitor CO2 Spares and ensure availability of critical spares including annual spare parts planning, requisition and ordering
- Ensure all safety sensors, reflectors & safety controls are in good working condition.
- Ensure self and all associates use all company provided protective wears and gadgets and comply with all Health and Safety rules and requirements.

IS THIS YOU?
- Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Co2 plant team lead or any related role.
- Bsc/HND in any related Engineering course or equivalent courses.
- Good understanding and experience of CO2 manufacturing process.
- Experience in execution of maintenance task.
- Reliable exhibition of Engineering skill.
